Other travel throughout the UK & Ireland will be required as well as international travel on occasions. As a Field Sales Executive, you will: Manage, develop, and maximise a portfolio of established high-end fashion retail accounts Drive new business growth, identifying and converting opportunities with premium boutiques, department stores, and luxury retail groups Promote and sell our market‑leading product care range, delivering compelling product presentations and training Analyse sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved through strategic planning and territory management Collaborate with the wider team, attending our Northamptonshire head office once per week for meetings, product updates, and planning sessions About You Proven field sales experience, ideally within fashion, accessories, footwear, or premium consumer goods A strong track record in both account management and new business development Confidence engaging with high-end retailers and understanding the expectations of the luxury market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills A self‑motivated, organised approach with the ability to work independently across a large territory You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for 80 years and has an enviable reputation in their field.
