Consulting Technical Trainer

This role invites you to develop and deliver training across our Risk and Governance solution, supporting our consulting team’s technical expertise.
Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for early-career and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
* Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
* Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
* Identifying skills gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
* Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
* Experience managing projects to ensure the delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
* Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
* CIA, ACA, or CA qualified with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
