A premium health and wellness brand is looking for an ambitious Retail Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition across the UK and Europe. This hybrid, hands-on role offers the chance to work across a portfolio of high-end wellness brands, building partnerships with gyms, clubs, independent retailers, and luxury stores, while shaping and executing sales strategies that deliver real growth. ● Salary: £40,000 ● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity. ● Flexible hybrid working arrangements. ● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum) ● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays and a birthday off) ● Free Product! Reporting to: • The Founder The Role Retail Partnerships & Business Development Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, including health clubs, tennis clubs, independent pharmacies, and premium retailers (think H&B, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Selfridges, Harrods, Zapp). Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key retail contacts and brand partners. Represent the brands at industry events, product launches, and wellness experiences. Support event management and experiential marketing initiatives. Sales Strategy & Execution Manage your sales pipeline, maintain trackers, and report progress regularly. Write compelling client proposals and sales pitches tailored to each opportunity. Collaborate closely with brand founders and owners to shape and deliver the retail sales strategy. The Person An accomplished sales professional with a track record of consistently exceeding targets. Skilled at building relationships and engaging diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised; thrives on taking ownership of projects. Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel for client meetings and events. Energetic, ambitious, and inspired by helping premium wellness brands grow.
