About the Role As a Senior or Lead Estimator within their pre‑construction team, you will take full ownership of the estimating process for a range of interior fit‑out and bespoke joinery projects. You will lead tenders from initial enquiry to contract award, collaborating with supply chain, commercial, design and delivery teams to ensure accurate, competitive and compelling submissions.
