Your new company Is an established national wholesale supplier. Your new role Is to support the Sales Team with the following tasks Answering incoming calls and enquiries Quoting and following up customer enquiries Processing / taking orders from customers Raising quotes Processing credit notes Post sales query resolution Creating stock transfers & work orders for goods to be processed externally Covering external sales reps when they are out of office Respond to customer e-mails Liaising with external hauliers to arrange delivery Processing daily stock counts and investigating any stock discrepancies Confirming inbound deliveries with suppliers and monitoring prompt arrival of stock to the depot Raising PO numbers There may be an opportunity to secure a permanent role there, but initially it would be for at least 3 months temporarily.
