Administrator - Part time
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 pro rata to hours.
Flexible on hours - 22.5 hours to 30 hours considered depending on personal requirements. Options considered: 9.30am to 2.30pm (5 days a week) or could be 3 or 4 full days to suit individual requirements.

We are excited to be recruiting an Administrator for a friendly and professional business in Poole.
The business is flourishing and due to significant growth over the last few years, they are now looking for a new team member to join them. This is a new role within a friendly, supportive and close knit team.
You will be a dynamic and friendly individual who is able to provide a fantastic service to customers and other staff members, supporting them and working together to achieve overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones
* Meet and greet clients, being the first point of contact for them.
* General office maintenance
* Engagement / on boarding process incl. ID/credit safe checks
* Office supply management
* Producing fee statements & invoices for issue to clients
* Putting together and sending out Docusign packs
* Setting out letters, documents and correspondence via post.
* Fire Alarm testing/maintenance and building maintenance
* Banking
* Dealing with enquiries through the website and forwarding these as required
* Attendance/holiday planner monitoring
* Dealing with IT issues and new IT/tech recommendations/implementations
* Assisting with new office hunt/move
* Continued Professional Development monitoring for relevant staff members & arranging courses
* Anti-Money Laundering Regulations documentation to oversee
