A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join its high-performing, L500-recognised Real Estate team based in Edinburgh.
You will join a globally-connected practice with a strong reputation across all real estate sectors, including development, infrastructure, investments, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and finance.
In this role, you will manage a variety of transactions for both UK-based and international clients, spanning industries like infrastructure, retail, financial services and hospitality. Your Experience
1. Strong experience in handling complex real estate, development and infrastructure projects
2. Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, including planning and construction
3. Confidence in drafting and negotiating real estate documentation, such as sale/purchase contracts, agreements for lease, easements and licenses
4. Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes, including title reviews and reports
5. Background in portfolio and asset management work, including leasing matters and landlord/tenant advice
6. Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver client-focused legal solutions in a responsive and proactive manner
7. Excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
