Job Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Security officer and Receptionist to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious banking client. This high-profile role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a consistently warm and efficient guest experience.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff, you will be representing both our organisation and the client brand to the highest standard. You will work closely with the onsite Security Officer and in collaboration with the Landlord Reception Team to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional front-of-house service, greeting all guests and staff with professionalism and warmth
* Manage visitor arrivals, including registration, notifications, and escorting where required
* Coordinate closely with the front of house team to maintain building protocols and safety procedures
* Liaise effectively with the landlord's reception team to ensure consistency in guest services
* Maintain a high standard of presentation across the reception area at all times
* Provide administrative support and manage meeting room bookings as required
* Handle calls, emails, and other communication promptly and professionally
* Provide security duties such as floor patrols and manage any unexpected arrivals
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a corporate or high-end reception/security role
* Impeccable presentation and a proactive, personable approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
* Experience working in a financial or high-security environment
