The Opportunity
In the role of Adult Counselling Tutor, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
Planning and delivering counselling qualification courses, ranging from level 2 to level 4.
Providing engaging teaching and learning for adult learners aged 19+ to support them to achieve their individual learning aims and progress into employment or take the next steps in their chosen career path.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the training and development of future counselling practitioners.

Innovative Teaching Approach: Bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly exploring creative and effective teaching methods to engage and inspire our learners
Learner-Centric Teaching Style: Put our learners at the heart of everything you do, tailoring your teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs
Empathetic Mentoring Skills: Understand the challenges adult learners face, and support them with empathy and patience every step of the way.
