Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference every day? Wolgarston High School is seeking to appoint a committed, resilient and motivated Behaviour Mentor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and ambitious school community as we continue to expand. This post is temporary and linked to external funding, providing the opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact on students’ lives within a focused intervention role. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to high standards of behaviour, care, and inclusion, and who can positively support students to achieve their full potential. Purpose of the Role The Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in supporting students to overcome behavioural, emotional and social barriers to learning. Working closely with identified pupils, you will help to improve behaviour, engagement, attendance and personal development, enabling them to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
