Intercompany recharges Month end tasks; accruals, prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations Processing overhead costs Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Manage and reconcile accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data. Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial queries and provide support as needed.Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis within the property sector. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent analytical skills.
