They're currently looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their dynamic HR team at Head Office. This is a key role providing expert HR support to their corporate functions and playing a vital part in delivering the people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generalist HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees across head office departments, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and employment law.
2. Employee Relations: Manage a broad range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and flexible working requests, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
3. Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the business.
