Role Overview:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to cover teacher absences across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils in staying on track with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons in your subject specialism or general cover
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensuring a calm, productive learning environment
* Building rapport with students and staff across various school settings
* Following safeguarding procedures and school protocols
* Providing feedback to the relevant teaching staff after each lesson or day
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
* Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Adaptability and confidence in working across different school environments
* A proactive and professional attitude
