At Evri, we're on a mission to deliver better. As our network grows and evolves, we need a Finance Manager – Field Operations who can get close to the action, challenge how things work today, and help shape how we operate tomorrow.
This role is hands-on, field-focused and central to improving efficiency across the network. You'll drive route optimisation, re-map suppliers, support the rollout of our remaining non-transferred sites, and strengthen performance reporting as SME Operations scales.

Partner with Operations to turn strategy into clear, deliverable financial plans.
Build stretching, insight-led budgets in collaboration with Central Operations Finance.
Identify and quantify risks and opportunities, ensuring they are reflected in forecasts.
Lead the performance rhythm with operational Directors, bringing clarity, challenge and accountability.
Tell the story behind the numbers with simple, sharp and impactful reporting.
Improve KPI frameworks and deliver reporting that drives high-value decisions.
Provide real-time insights and deeper analysis that improves operational performance.
Strengthen financial governance, ensuring robust evaluation of headcount, investment and site decisions.
Champion strong local financial controls across your operational pillar.
Drive continuous improvement, removing inefficiency and embedding more effective ways of working.
Still interested? Great news! Here are the core capabilities we are looking for:
A chartered accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
Around 7–10 years' experience in a multi-discipline finance role with strong business partnering credentials.
Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in financial appraisal and decision support.
Advanced analytical and modelling skills, capable of unpicking complex operational problems.
Experience influencing and challenging director-level stakeholders.
Agile, resilient and comfortable working across competing priorities.
A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that builds high-performing teams.
UK driving licence (regular field travel is essential).
