Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Primary School, Watford

A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Watford is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to giving children the very best start to their education. The successful candidate will support high-quality teaching and learning within our Early Years setting, helping to create a stimulating, safe and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Have a secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Support children’s learning through play-based, child-centred approaches
* Observe, assess and contribute to planning next steps in learning
* Promote children’s wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
* Work effectively as part of a collaborative Early Years team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
