Your Role
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in electrical engineering aspects of Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.

Location
Opportunities are available in Bristol, Surrey, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, and Derby offices. Other locations may be considered.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead a team in technical design work following relevant standards and high-quality levels.
2. Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
Candidate Requirements
1. Chartered Electrical Engineer.
2. Significant experience in the Water Industry.
3. Experience in leading multidisciplinary design delivery.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres, switchgear, electrical installations in industrial environments, HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX practices, SLD/BCD production, earthing, bonding, and familiarity with UK standards.
5. Proficiency with digital analysis software such as Trimble/Amtech for electrical design, following local and national guidance.
