\nYou’ll need to be two steps ahead—anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, handling sensitive information with discretion, and being able to work autonomously with little direction.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
* Provide seamless diary and inbox management, prioritising effectively across conflicting demands
\n\t
* Coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations
\n\t
* Prepare reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
\n\t
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and tact
\n\t
* Act as a gatekeeper and problem-solver, filtering requests and making decisions on behalf of the executives where appropriate
\n\t
* Organise high-level meetings, conferences, and offsite events
\n\t
* Support with ad hoc projects and business operations as required
\n
\n\n
What We’re Looking For

* Proven PA experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives, within a corporate environment
\n\t
* Exceptionally organised with a calm, composed approach under pressure
\n\t
* Forward-thinking and intuitive—you don't just react, you anticipate
\n\t
* Resilient and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of initiative
\n\t
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders globally
\n\t
* Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of managing highly confidential information
\n
