We work in an Agile-first environment that values transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the Delivery Lead, your core focus will be to foster a culture of high-quality delivery and active collaboration.

At Naimuri, we work on a variety of projects that range in length from a few weeks to 5+ years. Here are some things we’ve worked on to give a sense of some of the types of deliveries you may lead for us:

1. Lead part of a large SAFE Agile Release Train, composed of several multidisciplinary SCRUM teams in a long term delivery into an important government customer.
2. Taking a small software innovation team and driving a Proof of Concept demonstrator through the software development life cycle into full Production.
3. Engaging with senior customer stakeholders within a call off contract to drive positive change, and produce better Statements of Work and outcomes for both Naimuri and the customer.
4. Coach and lead positive change in customer adoption of Agile Ways of Working.
5. Work with large government research organisations to shape and deliver cutting edge research is the assurance of AI and its adoption in Defence and wider government.
6. Directing a team and owning the creation of multi-million pound proposals and contract renewals, from inception to signing on the dotted line.

About the Role:

As a Delivery Lead at Naimuri, you'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the space to solve difficult challenges, and the support of a strong Delivery community.

This role is about more than just project management: If the following describes the way you work, then I’d really like to speak to you:

7. You have strong experience of Agile delivery management, involving high level planning, forecasting, resource allocation, workflow management, and managing priorities to timescales and/or milestones.
8. You have strong stakeholder and customer management skills in order to facilitate regular updates, provide operational & status reporting, and expectation management.
9. You are comfortable with owning responsibility for your team's Agile Ways of Working & team processes, and have experience of running multidisciplinary teams.
10. Have an experience and understanding of commercial processes and paperwork, such as business cases, purchase orders, development & submission of proposals and managing budgets.
11. Are able to establish quick and reliable rapport with partner organisations to manage stripy team members’ performance.
12. You live and breathe RAID management and incorporate the identification, management, mitigation, reporting and escalation as part of normal day to day delivery management.
13. You are comfortable reporting delivery progress against features, identifying and managing issues, blockers, dependencies and risks to delivery.
14. Sense and adopt the appropriate management style required by the situation.
15. You maintain team morale, handle conflict within the team and counsel team members as needed.
16. You are a role model. You lead and set performance and behavioural standards for everyone

Location & Flexibility:

20. Base: This will be based at our Head Office in Salford Quays, Manchester.
21. Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working. This consists of a minimum of 3 days working in the office or customer site, but you are welcome to spend more time on-site if preferred.
22. Travel: Occasional visits to customer sites around the country may be required.

Pay and Benefits:

Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your role's base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process.

A full time working week is 37.5 hours and you have flexibility over when you give that time. We also offer part-time working which can be discussed during the recruitment process. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will work directly from one of our office locations, or customer sites, for at least 3 days a week.

Our core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm and our office is open between 7:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday. Depending on the project, you may also be required to travel to a local customer site or occasionally to other locations in the UK.
