We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join us at Stealth IT Consulting, supporting our growing portfolio of central government and enterprise clients.
This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with our sales team to source, engage, and manage high-quality contract candidates across a range of technology roles.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality, pace, and candidate experience are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing high-quality contract candidates across tech and digital roles
* Managing the full candidate lifecycle (qualification → submission → interview → offer)
* Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
* Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements
* Delivering against tight timelines and niche requirements
* Ensuring a high standard of candidate experience throughout
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3+ years’ experience in contract recruitment (delivery or 180 role)
* Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
* Experience working on multiple roles at pace
* Good understanding of the contract market
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Nice to Have
* Experience recruiting within technology or digital roles
* Exposure to public sector / government clients
* Knowledge of security-cleared environments
