A top, UK-based CX vendor is looking to hire multiple Business Development Representatives (BDR) as they scale their go-to-market team. This is an outbound BDR role which requires activity - think high cold calling volumes, LinkedIn prospecting & creative approaches that make YOU stand out. Your goal is to source & qualify new leads for the Account Executive team.
Why them, why now? This organisation is in the midst of an exciting transformation. Under new (experienced) leadership, the commercial team is scaling significantly. The sales & marketing budget is strong, core verticals are defined and new business development is THE top board-level priority. There is a real 'win together' culture forming here and you'll be exposed to coaching & mentorship from successful Account Executives.
