Your next role
You will support the Community Teams by providing efficient purchasing administration, ensuring equipment and supplies are available and ready for use by community service users who need them.
This role includes processing purchasing orders and delivery notes, investigating delivery discrepancies, maintaining monthly stock takes, and ensuring accurate data entry of supplies. Additionally, you will request quotes and add new suppliers and products to our procurement database. You will build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and use reporting tools to support purchasing analysis, responding professionally to inquiries related to purchasing activities.
Furthermore, you will be required to provide cover and support across other Business Support Team administrative areas during periods of holiday or sickness, including finance, service and maintenance, or related functions.
You must be fluent in the English language, as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act, for the effective performance of a customer-facing role.
