Reddal Hill Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Level 3 Learning Support Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience supporting and working with children across a primary setting
* Can work effectively with full classes, small groups and individual pupils
* Is confident liaising with teachers, the SENCO, outside agencies and other support staff
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Uses initiative and contributes positively to the wider school community
* Holds a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3)

Hours: 32.5 hours, term time plus 5 inset days
Grade: Grade D, SCP 9-17, £27,254-£31,022, (Actual Salary - £21,361-£24,943 p.a.)
