We do so with compassion, structure, and warmth. What your day will look like As Care Assistant, you'll help residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence. You'll provide companionship, support, and a reassuring presence that helps residents feel comfortable and respected in a male-only setting. About you Level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or 6 to 12 month's experience in a care setting. Calm, patient, and compassionate. Confident supporting men with complex needs / requirements. Team-oriented and committed to consistent care.
