Operations Delivery Manager - Home Claims/Household Claims
Locations: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid). Expect to come into the office once a week, with flexibility to once a fortnight if you are further afield.
Job Details
* Take on a portfolio of change projects, translating great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and our company.
* Champion a whole systems thinking approach, considering processes across the entire claims journey.
* Define robust plans to implement each change, ensuring each project has clear outcomes, timelines and is embedded while managing the day to day claims operation.
* Provide program level status reporting for all project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
* Work creatively to solve challenges in partnership with frontline colleagues, claims specialists and our wider claims team.
* Manage the budget for each project and coach/mentor our delivery executives.
Skills We Would Love You To Have
* Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully, including change across operational areas, IT and general processes.
* A strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices.
* A strong understanding of Home Claims/Household Claims (advantage).
