Job Description
* Monitor contractors for biomass delivery performance.
* Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and contracts.
* Implement fuel quality checks and sampling processes.
* Visit suppliers regularly for analysis and feedback.
* Coordinate deliveries with ops, logistics, and hauliers.
* Align plans with demand, storage, and blending needs.
* Track KPIs like tonnage, quality, disruptions, and performance.
* Report data to drive improvements and resolve issues.
* Identify supply risks (weather, logistics, quality).
* Develop contingency plans to maintain fuel flow.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Services Co-ordinator should have:
* Proven experience in fuel procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, ideally in a time-critical environment.
* Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contract management.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
* High level of analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
