Sales Executive
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Field-based
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Contract: Permanent, full-time

This position is ideal for a sales professional, sales representative, or business development executive who enjoys building relationships, engaging with customers face-to-face, and promoting trusted products and services within the local community.
Key Sales Responsibilities
Promote a local delivery service through direct, face-to-face engagement
Represent the business professionally and with approachability
Explain products and services confidently and accurately
Respond to questions and handle objections positively
Capture new customer details and pass information to internal teams
Manage your own schedule and travel to assigned areas efficiently
Work towards clear sales targets and structured plans
Follow company procedures while maintaining personable interactions
Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed
Candidate Profile
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach
Confident engaging with new people and building strong relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to work independently in the field
Good problem-solving skills and able to multitask effectively
Honest, reliable, and professional
Full UK driving licence
Willing to complete a DBS check (supported by the employer)
Desirable:
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role
