Warehouse Order Pickers Wanted -| £15.50 per hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners, who are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent.

You'll be working in a chilled environment (0C - 5C), ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with one of the UK's most respected retailers.



What you'll be doing:

* Picking and packing customer orders using head set.
* Working towards daily performance targets
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Remaining active on your feet in chilled conditions


Shift & Pay:

* Afternoon Shift: 14:00-22:00
* Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
* Shifts: 5 days over 7 (including weekends on most rotas)
* Ongoing weekly rota provided
