Temporary Credit Controller – Chertsey, Surrey – Approx. 4 month assignment
Your new role
Working as part of a team of credit controllers, you will be tasked with keeping aged debt to a minimum and reducing credit risk to the business. Your duties will include:
1. Managing your own ledger of customer accounts
2. Setting up and opening new accounts
3. Running credit checks and setting suitable credit limits
4. Monitoring customers against agreed limits
5. Holding and releasing orders as required
6. Chasing payments by telephone, email and letter
7. Query and dispute resolution
8. Reporting
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a skilled credit controller who can start a temporary credit control role in May 2026, andmit to an assignment that will run for approx. 4 months. You will have a proven track record of successfully chasing and collecting payments in line with agreed terms. Excellentmunications skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to manage your own ledger will also be required. This role is office based in Chertsey. therefore, you will need to live within a sensiblemute of Chertsey.
