7. Typically, minimum qualified to ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
8. Vocational Qualification such as NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management an advantage
9. A recognised HSE qualification is desirable (IOSH or similar)
Knowledge, skills and experience:
10. Appropriate level of field construction experience, typically gained through a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry.
11. Knowledge of GMP within a Pharmaceutical Environment
12. Demonstrable experience in the management of multi disciplined projects in the pharmaceutical, batch chemical production or other relevant industries is preferred
13. Excellent communications skills
14. Strong effective delegation skills
15. Exposure and familiar with working within a technical environment.
16. Demonstrable experience of conducting Constructability and Construction Readiness Reviews.
17. Experience of people management in a construction context.
18. Good standard of general computer literacy includes MS office suite.
19. Some experience with Completions Management Systems and processes through to completion and handover.
