Role Responsibilities: To build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, creating structure with a results-driven culture. To develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth through farmer engagement and relationship-building across the UK. To oversee and optimise the end-to-end sales systems, using analytics and technology to drive process excellence. To represent the company at industry events and key customer meetings. To collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and conversion. To stay abreast of industry trends to drive growth, achieve targets, and identify opportunities in new markets. Skills you will need: Degree qualification within sales, business, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales management role. Experience in leading high-performing sales teams, coaching, inspiring, and leading by example. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with excellent sales skills and principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A knowledge and understanding of agriculture, particularly the beef sector. A team collaborator who can work effectively and cohesively across the business. A relationship builder able to build and maintain lasting business relationships. A strategic thinker with good business acumen. Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads to meet business needs. Self-motivated, with a practical, hands-on approach. Confident in using data, analysing trends, and driving positive outcomes. Highly professional and results-driven. UK driving licence, with the desire to travel across the UK, and willing to travel internationally when required.
