What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting line managers with day-to-day HR queries across production and office teams
* Helping manage employee relations cases, including absence, performance, and conduct
* Ensuring HR processes are followed consistently in a fast-moving environment
* Keeping HR systems, documentation, and records accurate and up to date
* Getting involved in engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
* Working closely with managers to navigate challenges like shift patterns, attendance, and workforce planning
* Learning how HR supports operational performance in a manufacturing setting

* Are organised and able to prioritise in a busy, sometimes reactive environment
