Due to their current success and expanding clientele cross Europe and the UK, we are actively seeking a skilled AV engineer with expertise in AV/UC and IPTV technologies for installations and engineering to assist their team on a short term contractual basis over their Glasgow and Edinburgh sites in Scotland. Key Responsibilities: Travel to client sites to physically install, maintain, repair and commission equipment such as projectors, plasma displays, speakers, smart boards, and equipment racks. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors and collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and performance Read, understand, and interpret audio-visual schematics and construction drawings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onsite installations by conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Demonstrate health and safety awareness, including participation in "toolbox talks." Document service activities and maintain accurate records Person Specification: Proven experience in field service or customer support Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively European right to work - this role does not offer sponsorship.
