Title: Workplace Co-ordinator Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience 6 month Fixed Term Contract Location: Manchester - This role is office based Working Pattern: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Closing date for this role is 11th July 2025 but we would encourage early applications as the role may close once we receive sufficient applications The role is responsible for front of house services and administration within a fast-paced office environment, providing a professional and effective customer service experience. This role is integral to ensuring that a high-quality experience is provided to our staff and their visitors. Working as part of the Workplace Team they will provide comprehensive support to the local office, group leaders, project and business managers, visitors and contractors to ensure the continued smooth running of our front of house and meeting room suites. The role entails: · Maintaining a professional and effective front of house reception service · Meeting and greeting visitors · Issuing and managing visitor passes · Answering telephone calls, being the first port of call for the business · Arranging taxis for staff and visitors · Meeting room bookings · Meeting room standards and resource management · Catering bookings · Service of catering requirements across the suite of meeting rooms · Management of incoming and outgoing post and organising couriers · General Administration in support of Workplace tasks Requirements The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements: Proven experience of front of house/receptionist experience in a busy environment. Demonstrate an approachable, friendly personality with an interest in meeting new people. Have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Demonstrate a readiness to accommodate the changing working practices of a growing business. Proficient in IT; capable of performing tasks quickly and efficiently on PCs. Proficient communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated; attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritise different demands on limited time. Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines. Good team worker.
