SHEQ Support Officer
who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".
Purpose of this role
To assist the BUUK SHEQ Department in providing high-level administrative support to the business.
Your Key Responsibilities Are
General admin support duties to the wider SHEQ Team and business.
Ordering of PPE as required for our operational teams.
Provision and control of occupational health arrangements.
Day to day management and arrangements for training courses.
Multi-skilled to allow the support team to cover each other's duties as required.
Booking of and arrangements for D&A testing (For Cause & Random).
Maintenance of the SAFE system and SHEQ Hub page.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the SHEQ Support Manager.
Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent.
Experience/Knowledge
Good understanding of general office administration.
Abilities/Skills
Excellent customer service skills.
