About the Role
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As a Services Sales Specialist at Arrow, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales engagement and coordinating project delivery. Your mission? To foster growth across our Professional and Managed Services portfolio while building strong relationships with our partners and customers.
This dynamic role is anything but ordinary! You’ll engage with internal teams and our Arrow Authorised Programme Partners (AAPPs) to resource projects, create scopes and quotes, and support project delivery. With a mix of communication, organization, and a dash of administration, no two days will ever be the same!
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to balance and prioritize your workload effectively, ensuring proactive customer engagement and timely communication among Consultants, AAPPs, Account Managers, and customers. You’ll also maintain clear and accurate records using our Services software and provide essential administrative support.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow
* Allocate consultancy resources and liaise with consultants, AAPPs, Account Managers, BDMs, and customers.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for each engagement.
* Communicate precise and timely information to all parties involved.
* Manage timely invoicing for completed engagements.
* Administer our Services Software to keep a central database of consultancy and customer information.
* Raise departmental purchase orders and undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by Services Management.
* Proactively generate incremental business by developing accounts.
* Qualify quotes to meet customer requirements and assist with queries.
* Arrange customer meetings for external resources and attend key account review meetings.
* Collaborate with all Arrow ECS teams to identify new partners and opportunities.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target reseller customers and our AAPPs.

* Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
* Good all-round IT knowledge.
* Experience in sales, forecasting, and opportunity management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Target-driven with a focus on performance.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Commercial negotiation and conflict management experience are advantageous.

Hours of Work
Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. However, flexibility is essential to meet the demands of this role.
