Overview
The role requires participation in the maintenance, monitoring, implementation, and decommission of IT systems, including servers, storage, and hardware, and providing professional support and knowledge of Teleperformance systems to internal business units and clients. The position is permanent and involves an on‑call rota.
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd‑ and 3rd‑line support for IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
* Participate in the maintenance, monitoring, implementation and decommission of IT systems.
* Submit recommendations for system improvements, including security, to the IT management team.
* Help maintain the optimal operational environment of the Teleperformance IT systems.
* Assist with the migration, consolidation, and decommission of legacy systems.
* Secure systems to Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS and ISO 27000 standards through audits, vulnerability scanning and remediation.
* Document, create, update and keep system documentation to date.
* Help design new solutions based on operational requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least 3–5 years of IT systems team / 3rd‑line infrastructure support experience.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills.
* Organised, efficient and able to prioritise tasks and plan own time.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative problem solving and a team‑player attitude.
* SC clearance capability is a big advantage.
* Technical knowledge:
* Windows Server 2016+, configuration, administration and support
* AD Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, Sites & Services
* Microsoft Azure services and Conditional Access
* VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V (desired)
* Exchange and Microsoft 365
* Email Filtering & Web Filtering (desired)
* MECM and Tanium (desired)
* Veeam Backup and overall AV solutions
* SolarWinds, Splunk, ControlUp and other system monitoring tools
* Linux administration (desired)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Associate/Expert role‑based access (desired)
Working Conditions
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday office hours, with some weekend and out‑of‑hour work potentially required to support business needs.
