With the team growing, this Principal Engineer role will provide you with the opportunity to lead project teams, manage complex civil engineering designs, and contribute to the continued success of our department.


You will be responsible for leading civil engineering design delivery across multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence, cost efficiency, and quality assurance. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and develop engineers while also engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

You will be joining a team that works across a range of sectors, including Life Sciences, Defence, Industrial, Power, Transportation, and the Public Sector.


Responsibilities

1. Lead civil engineering design delivery for major projects, ensuring technical, cost, and quality objectives are met.
2. Manage and mentor junior and senior engineers, supporting their professional development.
3. Provide technical leadership in areas such as drainage, earthworks, flood risk assessment, site investigations, and highways.
