Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality of all systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Perform light repairs, coordinate contractors, and oversee external service providers as needed. Manage inventory of household supplies and estate equipment. Provide transportation for estate-related errands, staff, or residents, ensuring safe and timely travel. Monitor security measures and report any irregularities or maintenance issues.
