About the role
As a Food Services Assistant, you'll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed. Always ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members and ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
* Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow Partners and guests.
* Using your excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
* Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and sharing your passion for good food and drink.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Great customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
* Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
