We’re looking for someone who has experience in premium pubs, gastropubs, or high-quality dining — someone who knows what great looks like and takes pride in delivering it every day.
What You’ll Be Supporting & Leading
* Assisting the General Manager in the smooth running of a busy, guest-focused pub.
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver warm, memorable service.
* Supporting with rota planning, stock control, and operational standards.
* Ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
* Maintaining high levels of food, drink, and service quality.
* Upholding compliance standards across health & safety, licensing, and food safety.
* Building strong relationships with guests and becoming a familiar, trusted face of the pub.
* Working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a consistent, premium offer.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader within a premium pub or quality dining environment.
* A natural host with genuine warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.
* Someone who thrives in lively, high-volume settings while keeping standards high.
* A supportive people manager who loves developing others and building a positive team culture.
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of guest-focused operations.
* Passion for great food, quality drinks, and brilliant hospitality.
* Calm, organised, and solutions-focused when things get busy.
