About The Role
We are seeking support workers to join our team in Ammanford, West Wales.
Support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Role
* Support individuals to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and enabling them to make choices aligned with their support plans.
* Promote health, well-being, and respect cultural, emotional, and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
* Facilitate social, educational, or work activities such as visiting family, supported employment, walks, shopping, and recreational activities.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care.
* Complete records and documentation related to the role.
