& Development Partner (Sales)

As our new Sales
Academy Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of this mission - focused on
elevating the performance of our sales teams through impactful, engaging, and
purpose-driven training. You’ll lead the evolution of our Sales Academy training
programmes, designing and delivering learning experiences that empower our Sales
Consultants and Sales Managers to succeed in a competitive, luxury fitness
market.





What You’ll Do:




* Deliver face-to-face and digital
training sessions for new and existing sales staff, including onboarding
and development programmes.

* Design engaging, blended learning
content that reflects our consultative, customer-centric sales approach.

* Coach in-club to reinforce
learning, drive behavioural change, and support individual development.

* Coordinate monthly Sales Academy
sessions, managing logistics and collaborating with Sales Managers.

* Support the rollout and adoption of
our new Learning Management System (LMS), helping to digitise and scale
our training content.

* Collaborate with stakeholders
across Sales, Concierge, PT, and NFF teams to ensure training is relevant,
aligned, and impactful.

* Travel between clubs to deliver
on-site sessions and support new starters (primarily based at Canary
Wharf).






What You’ll Bring:




* Proven experience in Learning &
Development, ideally with a focus on face-to-face and blended training.

* Strong planning and organisational
skills - you’ll be managing calendars, sessions, and logistics.

* A confident facilitator and
communicator, able to connect with people at all levels and adapt your
style to suit the audience.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
ever-changing environment - flexibility is key.

* A passion for health, fitness, and
helping others grow (industry experience is a bonus, not a must).

* Familiarity with LMS platforms and
digital learning tools is a plus.
