We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Project Manager at their offices in Manchester.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee all on site operations ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.\n\t\nLiaise with sub contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that projects run smoothly. \n\t\nMaintain high standards of health and safety.\n\t\nConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. \n\t\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven project management experience within construction on projects valued over £8m\n\t\nSMSTS\n\t\nFirst Aid at Work\n\nDesirable:\n\nDegree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering or related field.\n\nChartered membership of a professional body (e.g. CIOB, RICS)\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nPlease submit an up to date copy of your CV and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further
