Job description:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to join an accounting firm based in Altrincham on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
1. Supporting new and existing customers with the understanding of the company
2. Resolving customers complaints and issues efficiently, resulting in satisfaction and raising standards
3. Providing customer service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the reliability of the relationship is maintained
4. Always following compliance procedures
5. Communicating clearly over email, telephone, and written communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues
6. Responding quickly to any customer queries
7. Working flexibly, undertaking work as and when required by management
8. Demonstrating the cultural values of the team
9. Working independently, using your own initiative as well as working efficiently within a team
The successful candidate will:
10. Provide an excellent level of customer service
11. Have the desire to learn new skills and to progress within the company
12. Have basic skills with the ability to learn and operate relevant computer systems
13. Ability to work in a pressurised customer service environment, whilst remaining professional and calm
14. Have an outstanding attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
15. Be punctual, reliable and have a can-do attitude
Desirable:
16. GCSE’s minimum grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
17. A customer service qualification or equivalent
18. Experience in a telephone and customer-based role
Salary: £27,000
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
