GSL Education are searching for committed Pastoral Managers to work in schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve success both academically and personally. In this role, as Pastoral Manager you will provide consistent pastoral care, working closely with staff and families to promote positive behaviour, strong attendance, and emotional resilience. Main Duties of Pastoral Manager: Monitor and support pupil attendance, behaviour, and welfare Provide mentoring and targeted pastoral interventions Build positive relationships with students and families Liaise with external agencies where required Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding policies Essential Requirements: Experience in a pastoral, mentoring, or student support role Strong communication and organisational skills Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach Clear understanding of safeguarding and inclusion An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one) If you are an experienced Pastoral Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in Sheffield, we welcome your application.
