Our Creative team is on the lookout for a full time, passionate and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator / Manager based in our Summertown HQ.
You’ll be leading Breckon & Breckon’s content output across digital platforms that include paid and organic channels alongside the Head of Digital and Videographer. This includes producing and distributing social content that inspires audiences, stands out from other property marketing, and achieves long-term marketing goals for the entire business whilst continually evolving our approach to ensure we remain industry-leading.
Liaising with internal, and external sources to produce content that drives brand awareness, advocacy, and engagement in Breckon & Breckon’s core services as well as achieving specific goals across differing campaigns, departments, and clients. This can include internal teams such as Lettings, Sales, or New Homes as well as local businesses, small business owners, charities, and Oxford University Colleges. A key part of the role is in being able to conceptualise marketing campaigns that drive sales and interest in properties and developments across Oxfordshire whilst be able to communicate new, creative ideas to key stakeholders whether they be internal staff or national home-builders.
Be able to visualise, and produce beautiful, unique films that tell stories, engage audiences, and showcase Oxfordshire’s other all whilst pushing the boundaries of how an estate agent presents itself to audiences across the UK.
This role balances creative freedom with the need to achieve specific corporate goals through cutting-edge digital and content marketing across a range of core service areas within a fast-paced, in-house agency.
