Mechanical Small Works Manager required in the London area. Our client is an HVAC & Mechanical Contractor who has grown year to date since being founded over 10 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC & Mechanical Plant rooms equipment. Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships, commercial, corporate, and Government contacts.
The Mechanical Small Works Manager will oversee minor mechanical projects, handling fault-finding and diagnosis of issues. Duties will include: scope, pricing, and coordinating small repair or replacement jobs, ensuring quality and timely completion. Additionally, liaising with clients, sourcing materials, and maintaining smooth operations for reactive and planned works.
Mechanical Small Works Manager Job Requirements
Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer
Experience working on Pumps, AHU's, associated pipework etc
Ability to fault find and diagnose across the plant room mechanical system
Manage and complete small replacement and repair jobs
Knowledge of pricing and estimating work
Able to complete installs and
Full Driving Licence
Live in or around the M25
Mechanical Small Works Manager Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary up £60,000 DOE

Bonus/Incentive scheme for additional earnings based on KPIs
Overtime paid at 1.5x
40-hour working week - travel paid depending on job/distance covered
