Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT
Part time – 26 hours.
dlc are currently looking to expand our team of Call Centre Agents within our Telford office, starting 14th July 2025. We seek team players who share our enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering 5-star customer service.
As a Call Centre Agent at dlc, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with queries, disputes, and payment processes.
* Communicating confidently and clearly, engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Processing payments accurately and ensuring correct fund allocation.
* Utilizing active listening and questioning techniques to support clients effectively.
* Being process-driven, meticulous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Opportunities for development in other areas of the business.
You will start with a 4-week training program to learn about our products, processes, and systems, based at our Telford office, Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 2.00pm.
Following training, you will transition to a 3-week rotational shift pattern, working Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 1pm.
