Digital Channel Manager – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £37,081 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £40,930 on a competency based framework.
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Channel Manager to lead the management and optimisation of Keech Hospice’s digital channels. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring that our website, social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC campaigns are effective, on‑brand and deliver measurable results.
The post holder will provide line management of the Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer, overseeing content scheduling, optimisation and performance monitoring. They will work closely with the Campaign & Brand Manager to ensure digital channels support wider campaigns and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Keech Hospice’s digital channels, including website, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) and email marketing.
* Lead SEO and PPC strategies to maximise reach, engagement and ROI.
* Provide line management, guidance and development for the Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer.
* Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing insights to improve campaigns and supporter engagement.
* Ensure all digital activity is on‑brand, accessible and compliant with GDPR and other regulations.
* Identify and implement digital marketing best practice, trends and innovations.
* Collaborate with the Campaign & Brand Manager to ensure digital channels effectively support broader marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing and optimising multiple digital channels, including website, social media and email marketing.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital analytics.
* Line management experience with the ability to develop and support team members.
* Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and data protection requirements in digital marketing.
