We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join secondary schools in the East London area, providing essential classroom support during teacher absences. Beginning September 2025. Duties as a Cover Supervisor: Supervise students in the absence of the regular class teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation and behaviour. Ideal Cover Supervisor: Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, sports coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.). Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Cover Supervisor. Adaptability and confidence to lead a class in a variety of subjects.
